OverviewThe Junior Field Service Engineer will be trained to become an expert Field Services Engineer responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer's equipment and driving customer satisfaction through service excellence. The resource will be based in Veneto or willing to relocate. ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on the installed base and total system-level troubleshooting at basic or more advanced level depending on the certified training and on the job training completed. Ensure service maintenance and repair needs on designated equipment are addressed. Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues. Act to ensure satisfaction to primary customers. Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up leading to customer satisfaction. Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure they are calibrated. Work as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery. Ensure timely completion of jobs assigned including administration tasks. Required QualificationsDegree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar field or high-specialization technical Diploma (ITS ITIS) with basic field experience and customer interaction. Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly. Passionate problem solver with the ability to perform under pressure. Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process. Based in Veneto area or Verona or willing to relocate.
