RICERCHIAMO CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) ESTERNO – SETTORE COSTRUZIONI PUBBLICHELa società Petrarca Srl, operante nel settore delle costruzioni pubbliche, ricerca un Chief Financial Officer (CFO) esterno / part-time a supporto della Direzione, con focus su gestione finanziaria operativa, cash flow e controllo di commessa.Si invitano i professionisti interessati a inviare una presentazione professionale e / o CV all’indirizzo email : MANSIONI PRINCIPALIImpostazione e gestione del cash flow rolling;Pianificazione finanziaria in relazione a SAL, SAL-bis, anticipazioni contrattuali e factoring;Analisi e controllo dei margini per singola commessa / cantiere;Supporto alla Direzione nella valutazione della sostenibilità finanziaria delle commesse aggiudicate;Monitoraggio dei tempi di incasso e dell’assorbimento di cassa dei cantieri;Gestione dei rapporti con istituti bancari e società di factoring;Coordinamento con ufficio amministrativo, direzione tecnica e project manager;Supervisione dei flussi contabili ai fini del controllo di gestione;Predisposizione di report finanziari periodici e cruscotti direzionali;Segnalazione tempestiva di criticità finanziarie e cantieri a rischio.REQUISITI RICHIESTILaurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini;Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di CFO, Financial Manager o Controller;Esperienza consolidata in imprese edili e / o infrastrutturali;Conoscenza del settore lavori pubblici e dei relativi meccanismi di pagamento;Esperienza pratica nella gestione di SAL, ritardi di incasso e tensioni di liquidità;Ottima capacità di analisi finanziaria e pianificazione;Autonomia operativa e orientamento al risultato;Approccio operativo e decisionale, non esclusivamente contabile.COMPETENZE RICHIESTETecniche :cash flow management, controllo di gestione, analisi margini, finanza aziendale;Relazionali :interlocuzione con Direzione, banche, factoring e consulenti esterni;Organizzative :pianificazione finanziaria, gestione priorità, rispetto delle scadenze;Trasversali :affidabilità, riservatezza, visione strategica, capacità di anticipare le criticità.SEDE DI LAVORO : CataniaTIPOLOGIA CONTRATTUALE : collaborazione professionale – CFO esterno / part-timeLa nostra organizzazione opera nel rispetto della parità di genere, promuovendo inclusione, diversità e pari opportunità in ogni fase del processo di selezione.#J-18808-Ljbffr
