Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, struttura 5 stelle lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di una figura di Director of Sales & Marketing. La figura ricercata si occuperà delle seguenti attività : Sollecitare e sviluppare nuovo business per l’Hotel; Eseguire approfondite analisi di mercato al fine di monitorare e migliorare i risultati dell’albergo rispetto alla concorrenza; Sviluppare e implementare un piano di vendita e di marketing al fine di aumentare i ricavi e la quota di mercato dell'Hotel; Partecipare a fiere, viaggi ed eventi per far conoscere l’albergo e per creare / mantenere relazioni con i clienti nuovi o già acquisiti provenienti da tutte le parti del mondo; Creare campagne di digital marketing; Supervisionare la predisposizione di proposte commerciali per i gruppi al fine di garantirne la conversione in conferma di prenotazione; Supervisione il reparto prenotazioni dell’Hotel; Coordinare le attività dei collaboratori del reparto vendite e del reparto PR e Marketing; Coordinare l’elaborazione della reportistica relativa alle attività commerciali e di marketing svolte dai rispettivi reparti da presentare alla Proprietà; Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti : Pregressa esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel medesimo ruolo in contesti alberghieri similari; Ottime capacità organizzative, di negoziazione e comunicative; Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e di quella inglese; la conoscenza di un’ulteriore lingua straniera costituisce titolo preferenziale; Predisposizione al team working e capacità di mantenere buoni rapporti con i colleghi dei vari reparti dell’Hotel; Disponibilità e flessibilità in termini di attività, logistica (saranno previste trasferte su territorio italiano e straniero) ed orari; Disponibilità e flessibilità ad ogni eventuale cambiamento all’interno del dipartimento a seguito delle necessità della azienda o del settore; Ottime competenze informatiche; la conoscenza del gestionale Opera costituisce titolo preferenziale. Completano il profilo: precisione, puntualità, flessibilità, concretezza ed una naturale predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali.
