MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise brand, is seeking a skilled IT Procurement and Logistics AMS Manager to join our team in Naples. The AMS (Application Management Services) Manager oversees the daily operations and maintenance of critical business applications, focusing on the CrunchTime system. Responsibilities include ensuring system availability, addressing incidents, supporting business continuity, and leading a team of application support specialists. Key Responsibilities Manage the maintenance and functionality of CrunchTime and integration with other systems Address incidents and service requests promptly Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions Lead and support application support team members Maintain documentation for system processes and configurations Coordinate with business units to meet their needs Ensure compliance with policies and data security standards Report on system performance and improvement plans Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in application management or related fields Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes; experience with CrunchTime, SAP MM, Esker, or similar ERP tools is a plus Experience with Service Now is a plus Proficiency in incident management and root cause analysis Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented and proactive approach Willingness to travel up to 10% Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred Additional Information Right to work in Italy required.
