On behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company operating in the specialty chemicals sector, we are looking for anEHS ENGINEERPurpose of the RoleThe EHS Engineer supports the development and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health and Safety programs across the site. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director Italy and working closely with HSE and Engineering teams, the role combines hands‑on project execution with the implementation of initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance, risk reduction and a strong safety culture throughout the facility.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and support EHS projects, ensuring timely execution and regulatory complianceConduct risk assessments, inspections and internal audits, identifying and mitigating safety and environmental risksProvide technical guidance on EHS matters to engineering and operations teamsDevelop and deliver EHS training, promoting a strong safety cultureSupport incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective action plansContribute to the development, review and improvement of EHS procedures and SOPsMaintain accurate EHS documentation and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment on safety prioritiesRequirementsMaster s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline5-7 years experience in EHS roles within chemical manufacturing environments - preferably under Seveso III (Directive 2012 / 18 / EU)In‑depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards and best practicesFamiliarity with incident investigation methodologies and root‑cause analysis and experience in SOP development and implementation will be considered ad a plusStrong project management, organizational and analytical skillsEffective communicator with the ability to train, influence and collaborate across teamsSolid problem‑solving capabilities and a proactive, hands‑on approachFluent in English and Italian.LocationBased in the East Piedmont#J-18808-Ljbffr
