The Key Account Manager (KAM), in coordination with Market Access and Medical colleagues, implements the business strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget. The KAM will develop territory specific strategic account plans in close alignment and collaboration with the other functions. In addition, the KAM supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open minded and honest manner.Area of responsibility: Lombardia.Preferred province of residence: Milan.Essential Functions of the job:Building a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and products in oncology market in the served area, as a key scientific and health care partner.Develop long lasting relationships based on value addition key stakeholders assigned territory.Responsibility for the regional sales, company reputation, access goals and qualitative performance metrics, agreed with regional field manager, in coordination with other departments.development implementation and execution of commercial projects to optimise patient care in collaboration with our key clients (HCP and HCO).organization and execution of local symposia and workshops with key customers.Gathering information and analysing available information to identify strategic opportunities at the account level.Participation and customer care in local, national international meetings and meetings.Ensure compliance with multi all activities to maintain highest standards of patient-centre ethical conduct in line with our values.Consistent percost to its requirement through performance standards and local ordinance Got the .Consistently ensure that we operate in accordance with BeOne’s standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.Qualifications:Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience.Specific knowledge in hematology-oncology and oncology market.Experience as a COMMERCIAL representative in oncology market (prior experience in the area of lung and gastric cancer is desirable) applicant.Good knowledge of local KOLs and key HCOs.Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions.Distinct knowledge in project managementStrong identification with BeOne vitamin values and loyalty to the company.Willingness to learning and continuously developing training and coaching.Proofs of success in small but fast and opening environment.Innovative, creative, out of the box thinking.Current with implementation skill level for any mechanical solutions.Marketing and commercial oriented thinking and working style.Knowledge of distribution structures and distribution channel of drugs.Highly motivated and solution oriented and positive attitude.High social competence, flexibility and attitude toward the team.Negotiation skills.Success, service, and commerce oriented thinking and work.Willing to travel.Valid driver license.Supervisory responsibilities:No.Computer skills:Good computer knowledge required (MS Office).Other qualifications:Competent in both verbal and written English.Travel:approximately 70% of time.Global competenciesWhen we apply our values of patients now, driving excellence, bold ingenuity, and collaborative spirit through our twelve competencies we help get more affordable med for more patients worldwide.Fosters teamwork.Provides and solicits honest actionable_feedback.Self awareness.Acts inclusively.Demonstrates initiative.Entrepreneurial mind Continuous LearningEmbraces changesResults orientated.Analytical thinking/data analysis.Financial excellence.Communicates with clarity.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
