As a Modality Sales Specialist Mobile Surgery – Center-South Italy, you will develop and support sales, contributing to achieving business goals by implementing strategic choices that deliver an effective value proposition to customers and maximize sales performance.Your role:Perform/support customer presentations, clinical and technical demonstrations, and competitive positioning activitiesPlan, organize, and execute product demonstration activities, mostly as hands‑on demonstrations in a surgical environmentSupport the quoting/tendering process by producing and delivering required documentation, quotations, configurations, and strategic inputsDeliver clinical education and consultancy services in the post‑sales phase, for both new installations and existing customersSupport the definition and execution of business strategiesMaintain accurate and timely CRM data to support sales strategies, 簽 forecasting, and customer relationship managementCollaborate with Marketing to provide input on sales tools, marketing activities, and competitive threats cm- mitmentsYou're the right fit if you have:Degree in biomedical engineering or a clinical/science‑related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the medical device sectorDemonstrate strong presentation, communication, and follow‑up skills to ensure customer successExcellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skillsGreat team player, proactiveness, customer focus, and patient safety engagementStrong influencing and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure in a challenging environmentItalian native language skills are mandatory and good English levelWillingness to travel across the countryHow to apply: As this role involves international collaboration, please send your application in English (CV and cover letter).Offer includes: Competitive salary, sales performance bonus, and company car.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.This role is a field role.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
