As a Military Product Line - Flight Deck & Operations Focal Point, you will report to the Engineering Operations Leader & Lean Focal of Brindisi site. You will support all Military Product Line teams to drive the deployment of Lean principles, promote and sustain Flight Deck adoption, and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools. Essential Responsibilities Advocate and sponsor adoption of Lean principles and methodologies Support DMS implementation and sustaining Support Lean initiatives Point of contact with Military Product Line Sub‑Sections and Flight Deck (lean) Focal collaboration with Military Section teams to identify needs and opportunities for process and KPI improvement and advocate and sponsor Flight Deck team needs within the Military Section organization Support and proactively collaborate with Engineering Operations leader to develop innovative solutions for forecasting and outsourcing management processes, KPI monitoring and report out Qualifications/Requirements Master’s degree in management engineering or equivalent Use Lean tools and culture to simplify day‑to‑day work and engineering processes related to KPI tracking Use problem‑solving approach to reach assigned targets Knowledge of operations management basics in a complex organization Knowledge of Avio Aero planning/accounting tools (SAP, Clarity) Knowledge of Avio Aero products Leadership skills Ability to work towards clear goals and targets Fluent in both Italian and English Work visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs What We Offer Smart working and work life‑balance Avio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work‑life balance.
