Role Overview We are hiring a BIM Modeler/Coordinator proficient in ARCHICAD for a full‑time, on‑site position in Milan. The modeler will create, coordinate, and manage detailed building information models to support design and construction projects. Responsibilities Daily tasks include generating accurate construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with project standards, and coordinating BIM data across architecture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Qualifications Expertise in BIM and proficiency in ARCHICAD software Strong architectural skills and experience on detailed design projects Experience modeling and coordinating MEP systems Ability to produce accurate and detailed construction drawings Strong collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at SACEE s.r.l. by 2×. #J-18808-Ljbffr
