Global Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance SpecialistJoin Clivet SpA as a Global Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance Specialist .We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to monitor, interpret, and communicate international regulations affecting our products across different sites.What’s in for you?Play a key role within the team, acting as the go-to internal consultant to keep business units and international sites informed and prepared for regulatory changes—without being directly responsible for local implementation.ResponsibilitiesContinuously monitor, identify, and interpret international regulations, standards, and guidelines relevant to our products, including both mandatory and voluntary ones.Prepare and distribute regular “Regulatory Updates” so that the right people receive timely information.Establish and maintain a strong internal network across different sites, serving as the primary subject matter expert on regulatory topics.Organize and lead regular information‑sharing meetings with international groups to foster alignment and a shared understanding of global requirements.Define and create standardized guidelines, templates, and best‑practice documents to help teams follow the rules.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or a similar role, preferably within a global manufacturing or technology company.Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.Fluency in English (mandatory); willingness to travel internationally as needed.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob Function & IndustriesOther – Industrial Machinery ManufacturingLocationPadua, Veneto, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
