JOB TITLE ACCOUNTING AUXILIAR TRAINEE at Kymos Group UPDATE 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants OVERVIEW We are offering a traineeship for a position of Accounting Auxiliar in our Finance department. RESPONSIBILITIES (EN) Issuance and accounting of invoices. Introduction of accounting entries. Control of charges and payments. Incident management and daily contact with customers. Management of claims and complaints. Bank reconciliations. Help, support and collaboration in administrative tasks in the financial department. Execution of reports in excel and dynamic tables. Other duties required by the position. RESPONSIBILITIES (IT) Contabilizzazione fatturazione passiva fornitori. Emissione delle fatture attive. Inserimento delle scritture contabili. Controllo degli addebiti e dei pagamenti. Gestione reclami e contatto quotidiano con i clienti. Solleciti ai clienti. Riconciliazioni bancarie. Supporto e collaborazione nelle attività amministrative del dipartimento Finance. Elaborazione di report in Excel e tabelle pivot. Altre attività previste dal ruolo. QUALIFICATIONS (EN) Studying a Degree in Finance or Administration and Management. Having an intermediate level of spoken and written English (B1). Knowledge of Spanish is desirable. Knowledge of Excel and some accounting software (Sage, SAP, especially in Netsuite, etc…). QUALIFICATIONS (IT) Diploma in Ragioneria. Preferibile laurea in Economia e Commercio. Livello intermedio di inglese parlato e scritto (B1) Gradita la conoscenza dello spagnolo. Conoscenza di Excel e di un gestionale contabile (Netsuite, SAP, ecc.)
