ARCHITECTURAL SPECIALIST He/she is responsible for the coordination of architectural and civil engineering activities in Industrial Plant for Process and Non-Process Buildings Design guarantying the proper execution of the project. The Architectural Specialist, related to the assigned project, functionally reports to the Building Design Leader for the peculiarities of Project Integrate Design and hierarchically reports to the Group Leader and Head of Department for technical deliverables quality, projects assignment, priority schedules and work methodologies. Key Activities & Responsibilities: According to the expertise and experience he/she is appointed to tasks with different technical complexity and requiring different levels of skill: Follow up buildings design for Proposal Projects, FEED Projects or for EPC Projects on the basis given by Building Design Leader, in agreement with other engineering disciplines, executing and coordinating all activities split in different engineering centers in compliance with the budget and planning schedule, securing cost optimization. Conceptual, basic and detail design managing multidiscipline inputs comings from Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Safety, Electrical and Instrumental requirements. Project design basis, finishing specifications and typical details finalization. Design quality check including 3D Model design review for all technical issues, guaranteeing elevated standard quality of the deliverables in compliance with Project Procedures and Company Work Instructions. Support Building Design Leader in Project Execution Plan. Support BIM Coordinator in BIM Execution Plan. Technical Feasibility and project analysis starting from contractual requirements. Technical Bid Evaluation in Work Requisition and Material Requisition managing Subcontractor and vendor clarifications. Collaborate with internal team for project execution from feasibility and proposal phase up to detailed design, guiding and coordinating assigned resources relevant to architectural and civil scope of work. Collaborate with accounting team for project quantity estimation Technical collaboration with site Field Engineering for approving construction materials and site instructions. Explore new technical solutions monitoring the construction material market to provide technical and commercial evaluations about material selection, construction details, construction technologies, construction workflow and typical installations. Personal Attributes: Degree in Buildings Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Building Engineering, Architectural Design Business Preferred experience in multinational General Contractor Business Preferable experience in Industrial Building Design, Civil Infrastructures Design, Hospital Design Architectural Detail Design experience Fluent in English and Italian languages Preferable experience in BIM project management Tools experience (MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, Naviswork, Photoshop) Dynamic mind-set and flexible approach Analytical, technical and methodology Innovation skills Excellent planning, collaboration, communication, problem-solving skills Ability to work with cross functional teams Flexibility to travel for short mission to international engineering lead centers and to construction sites Job Location: Catania, Italy Si prega di inviare le candidature al seguente indirizzo di posta elettronica:
