Join us at Venchi and be part of a story that celebrates moments of cheerfulness with indulgent products crafted for your well‑being.Mission We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager North Italy to join our team based in Milan Reporting to the Retail Manager Italy, you will manage the the North of Italy area.Our Retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central for the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, UK and US and planned openings in other European countries. It’s a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Retail Manager in executing strategic operations plan;Being in charge of the Area P&L;Manage the Store Manager’s team in collaboration with Cluster Managers;Ensure Venchi / our Service Model standards of customer experience;Drive trainings for the whole staff as motivator and guide;Monitor boutiques KPIs and performances in order to reach company results;Ensure the execution of visual merchandising is in line with company guidelines;Optimize and monitor Cluster calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management);Ensuring that furniture is properly maintained;Promote smart initiatives to improve practical solutions and fill possible gaps;Manage the recruitment process in collaboration with Cluster Managers.The Ideal Candidate8 years of Retail management;8 years of People Management at least;A former international experience will be considered a plus;Result oriented with ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, by meeting all deadlines with a hands‑on approach;Strong relation, negotiation and organizational skills with constant attention to detail and performance;Problem solving and decision‑making mindset combined with ability to manage both independent and teamwork;Ability to create and develop data‑driven business strategies;International mindset, fluent in Italian and English;Positive, flexible—and obviously a chocolate and gelato loverWhat We OfferCelebration of success : on top of the fixed salary, we offer a competitive variable side up to 30% of the salary and benefits package;Inspiring Work Environment : You’ll work in a friendly environment where you can learn, experiment, and grow every day.
