Overview Support Analyst role at Medi-Market GroupWe are looking for a professional with experience as a Support Analyst (Ops).Qualifications Diploma or Laurea in Informatica or STEM disciplinesExperience of at least 2 years in service desk management, asset configuration and management, and second-level (L2) supportFluent English (B2/C1)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTeamwork orientation and good communication skillsAbility to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively and promptlyResponsibilities Service Desk: Manage end-user requests, monitor tickets and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfactionConfiguration and Asset Management: Ensure correct configuration, deployment and management of IT assets (hardware/software)Support L2: Provide second-level technical support for complex issues, with in-depth diagnosis and resolution of faults on systems, applications and IT infrastructureCollaborate with development and QA teams for test definition and release of solutionsWhat we offer Permanent contract with competitive compensation commensurate with experienceTicket Restaurant of €7.00 per dayFull-time schedule (40 hours per week)Smart working 2 days a weekA dynamic and innovative work environment where ideas are valuedStrong opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding companyOngoing training to improve skills and stay up to date with industry best practicesSeniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Information TechnologyIndustries RetailReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Medi-Market Group.#J-18808-Ljbffr
