We are looking for italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team based in Portugal . This role is ideal for motivated candidates seeking an international experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and follow internal procedures

Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal
