Adecco Italia SpA – Multinational Company based in Italy We are looking for a: Global R&D Packaging Innovation Specialist The position will play a crucial role in supporting the Global R&D Team and you will be responsible for leading packaging development and innovation initiatives, managing multiple project in dynamic and multinational environment. Main Activities Analysis of the project briefs in the PLM platform; Scouting of Innovative Packaging solutions; Definition of primary packaging alternatives in partnership with suppliers, in order to have support for developments; Shelf life tests on the Primary Packaging; Definition of secondary packaging and end of line (shipper, pallet plan, etc.); Samples preparation and cost evaluation; Coordinate the execution of the New Product Developments and sustainable projects pipeline across the manufacturing countries; Guarantee the implementation if the projects in collaboration with interfunctional team; Technical sheet and packaging specification preparation. Requirements Education: Master Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry or similar; Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role; Technical Skills: Good knowledge of packaging development preferably in Food Industry; Language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have; Avalilability to travel; Good knowledge of circular economy principles; Ability to lead multiple projects.
