Responsibilities Negotiate, draft, and review cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers—including, consulting, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements Assist with global product development and launches by drafting external communications, legal terms, and policies Partner cross-functionally and collaborate with outside counsel to provide practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies on a broad range of topics—such as technology, product, marketing, commercial and regulatory matters, intellectual property, and consumer protection Manage disputes and litigation in Italy and abroad Guide labor matters globally in alignment with our values and company culture Create and update forms, playbooks, and other scalable tools to support our high-growth business Seek out new opportunities to unlock value for the company and address business needs by staying up to date on all relevant legal and regulatory developments Qualifications Reasoning ability. After obtaining a law degree, you practiced at a law firm or as in‑house counsel for a period of time, in which you encountered some of the main challenges you’ll face in the role. Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Typically, we offer individuals at the start of their career a salary of £83,997 in London and of €63,965 in Madrid, Milan and Warsaw. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £110,389 and £194,964 in London, and €105,737 and €143,330 in Madrid, Milan and Warsaw. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut. All.
