In this role, you will drive the strategic and technical direction of AI engineering across multiple product lines, shaping how advanced AI capabilities power user-facing automation experiences. You will lead high-impact engineering teams, guiding experimentation, architecture decisions, and end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions. Working closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams, you will help define the roadmap, unify core AI initiatives, and turn bold ideas into scalable outcomes. Accountabilities: Lead the AI engineering organization, overseeing multiple teams responsible for delivering high-impact AI features and systems. Drive applied AI innovation by experimenting with emerging models, techniques, and approaches to bring production-ready capabilities to users. Co-own AI strategy with cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. Guide architectural decisions, evolving AI infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and technical rigor. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement across all engineering teams. Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate ambitious concepts into tangible product outcomes. Champion customer-centric thinking and ensure solutions create measurable value for internal and external users. Requirements: Extensive leadership experience overseeing engineering organizations focused on applied AI, ML systems, or large-scale technical product delivery. Proven track record building and shipping user-facing LLM or ML-powered features, including hands-on experience with model tuning and integration. Strong ability to balance long-term vision with pragmatic execution in fast-evolving AI environments. Deep understanding of customer needs, paired with a passion for creating intuitive, impactful solutions. Demonstrated success mentoring and developing technical leaders, strengthening engineering culture, and raising talent density. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
