In this R&D Manager role, you will drive product innovation and development to meet evolving consumer needs and unlock growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into feasible, high-quality products from concept to industrialization. You will also lead and develop a team, ensuring technical feasibility and regulatory compliance. This is a chance to shape new product categories within a global, sustainability-minded food company.

- Lead product innovation and development projects aligned with consumer trends and business opportunities
- Identify and assess new technologies, ingredients, and solutions for future growth
- Collaborate with Marketing, Quality, Operations and other functions to translate briefs into feasible solutions
- Coordinate development activities from concept to industrialization, monitor progress, ensure quality and compliance
- Manage and develop a direct report, set priorities and foster growth
- 5–10 years of R&D and product development experience in the food industry
- Strong expertise in food product development and R&D processes
- Solid understanding of food technologies, product quality, and regulatory requirements
- Education as stated: Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project management
