Follow all new environment and technology deployments to align with security protocols and business objectives.Evaluate and Integrate Security Solutions: Assess and integrate security solutions within complex IT environments to enhance overall security posture.Design and Implement Security Strategies: Develop and implement security integration strategies to ensure robust defence mechanisms across systems.Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve security integration issues to maintain system integrity.Select and Manage Security Tools: Choose and manage security tools that enhance the organization’s protective measures.Facilitate Collaboration: Create a bridge between security teams and other IT teams to ensure cohesive security practices.Conduct Vendor Assessments: Evaluate third‑party security services and technologies to ensure they meet organizational standards.Promote Automation Solutions: Develop and promote automation solutions to streamline security processes and reduce manual intervention.Contribute to Policy Development: Assist in the formal definition of policies, standards, procedures, and requirements.Maintain Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEUnderstanding of the security domain specific technologies and systems for domains such as networking and infrastructureStrong problem‑solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting skillsAbility to break down complex problems into manageable and understandable tasksGood organization, time management and planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate to both technical and non‑technical audiencesA passion for learning about and experimenting with new technologiesAbility to proficiently work in a teamAbility to work individually with little supportTechnicalDeep knowledge of general, network and application Security conceptsGood understanding of cloud service architecture with emphasis on Network Security aspectsA good knowledge of Application Firewall, Application Gateway, VPN, Intrusion Prevention is a preferential requirementGood understanding of Security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisationKnowledge of Cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)Hands‑on experience in implementing Security solutions on Azure CloudKnowledge of modern identity solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID MFA, Microsoft Entra ID Conditional, Access, Microsoft Entra ID Privileged Identity Management, Azure B2B, Azure B2C and Entra IDKnowledge of Modern Authentication protocols and standards (OAuth, OIDC) as well as Password‑less approaches, Phishing Resistant MFA, SSOBackground in software development, skills on Python and PowerShell scripting, Proven experience with queries languages (e.g.: SQL, KQL), REST APIs, WAF, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, API Management will be considered preferentialOthersCloud/security or security network certifications will be appreciatedWHAT WE OFFERWe offer a range of benefits including new Learning opportunities, a comprehensive Welfare System, Life and Health Insurance, Modern Workstation and Discounts within the MSC group.Moreover, MSC Technology Italy fosters a culture of innovation and wellbeing by simultaneously pursuing various initiatives.
