About EcoWater Systems EcoWater Systems, specialized in water treatment devices, is the world's leader manufacturer of water softeners for domestic use. EcoWater Systems markets water softeners, drinking water filtration systems, intended for private individuals and also for the tertiary sector. EcoWater Systems is a member of MARMON WATER a Berkshire Hathaway company. EcoWater is present through different distribution channels and different brands. Your Missions Provide excellent service in terms of initial technical support, training to CATs and salespeople of our customers (wholesalers in the plumbing and heating market) and Dealers, as well as the FUNDAMENTAL implementation of all territorial sales activities, sell in and sell out on the assigned territory. You Will Oversee The Following Activities Own the full business performance of the assigned territory (revenue, mix, margin quality, pipeline health and customer development), with clear accountability for sustainable growth. Develop new business through consultative selling: understanding customer business models, influencing specification, building long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide initial technical expertise and support to customers on our range of water softeners and drinking water filtration systems. Activate the local ecosystem (plumbers, installers, wholesale agencies, dealers) through structured trainings, demonstrations, joint field actions and business development initiatives. Develop and implement long term plans with the assigned customers addressing topics such as growth and quality value. Constantly meet with assigned customers and be the direct reference of EWS in terms of image, technical sales support and customer needs. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management. Report any new potential business streams such as customers, products or service. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you must have a strong energy, perseverance, and determination to achieve the set goals. You must also have the below: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the water treatment or HVAC- related industry. Experience in the consumer Electronic it is also highly appreciated. Strong technical approach with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth with a focus to Sell Out Strong Energetic personality, self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and proactivity Ability to work independently and as part of a Great Team Comfortable using IT tools (excel, word, power point) Good command of English (participation in European meetings and video calls is required), interviews will also be in English. Location and commitments Permanent full-time role, Home based (North of Italy, preferably Lombardia) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (90% of the time) within the assigned territory, all regions of Northern Italy (from Emilia onwards).
