We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Tech to drive our vision of building intelligent, automated sourcing systems that optimize product availability while maintaining freshness and quality.Our team leads the unification of replenishment logic and systems across Amazon's Grocery and Core domains. We specialize in Amazon's hub-and-spoke replenishment model, optimized for regional networks serving high-velocity, in-stock-sensitive inventory. Our systems enable sophisticated capabilities including multi-stop routing, temperature- and bin-specific placement, packaging-aware allocation, and truck-level planning that accounts for time zone constraints and cross-temperature fungibility.We're pioneering the use of Generative AI for root cause attribution and agentic workflow recommendations, empowering stakeholders and operators with data-driven insights to proactively address availability gaps.Key Job ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the technical roadmap for Grocery's sourcing and procurement systems, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain strategiesLead the development of GenAI-powered models that drive in-stock improvements and agentic workflows that automate prioritized action recommendationsDesign and implement solutions that optimize buying coverage while considering factors like lead time, shelf life, and vendor constraintsPartner with business, science, and engineering teams to develop automated systems that scale across regions and categoriesDrive continuous improvement in our buying algorithms and sourcing logic through data-driven insights and feedback loopsLead cross-functional initiatives to enhance procurability metrics and reduce out-of-stocksDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business, science, and engineering teamsDefine and track success metrics that demonstrate business impact and operational efficiencyA Day in the LifeAmazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children.
