Bilingual Italian PhD Scientist — AI Safety

Mercor is seeking PhD-level scientists fluent in English and Italian to help make advanced AI models safer. You will apply your scientific expertise to evaluate and strengthen how models handle topics in Italian, with training provided. No prior AI/ML experience is required.

You will write expert prompts in Italian, evaluate responses for accuracy and safety, and apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations in a fast-paced environment.
