Posizione: We are currently looking for a skilled FOOTWEAR CAD PRODUCT ENGINEER to join our Racing Department to take on a pivotal position in product development so to create innovative, high-quality and technical products. Responsibilities 2D/3D modeling for product engineering; Production information flow management, facilitating communication and exchange of information between the Footwear Department and internal and external stakeholders; Make LAB test requirement for each item necessary for footwear collections (outsole, plastic parts, mechanism), linked to Activity Plan properly set; Collect the Quality Control docs for approval process (QC drawing starting from available 3D files; PPT file for QC checking); Labelling for approval to distribute to site production/ internal department as per QC procedure; Regular communication with production site and nominated supplier for R&D development activities (material and flat sheet samples / injected parts / technical datasheet alignment); Discuss and implements corrective actions when required, to maintain adherence to product design and prevent/resolve material and/or process-related defects; Data record for all technical specification and standards. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineer is preferable; A minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive or Footwear industries; 3D CAD knowledge CATIA surface modelling is a must have; Good communicative skills; Fluency in English.
