Hays Italy, part of the multinational Hays group, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, which offers consulting services in the Information Technology sector with the aim of contributing to the success and technological progress of individuals and companies, is looking fortwo(# 2 )Expediting Officer s ( C1 Englishmandatory)The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuringtimelydeliveryofgoods&documentationin alignment withproject schedules&technical requirementsKey responsibilities Monitor theprogressofdeliverables&manufacturingactivities, including those ofsubcontractors , identifyingpotential delaysorissuesaffecting purchase order ( PO ) timelines Proactivelyengagewithsupplierstoresolve critical issues& ensureadherencetodeliveryschedules Collaborate withsupplierstopropose&implementsolutionswhen challenges arise that may impact delivery Coordinate with theproject teamto definecorrective actionsaimed atmitigating risksto delivery dates Interface with theProject Engineerto resolveoutstanding technicalmatters that may hinder supplier performance Establishrevised schedules&delivery datesin cases ofnon - complianceordelays Implementon - siteexpediting activitiesatsupplierorsubcontractorfacilities when necessary torecover schedule slippages Maintain & regularlyupdatetheMaterial Status Reportfor assigned scopesRequirements At least5 yearsofexperienceinprocurement expeditingwithinindustrialorengineeringsectors Full professionalproficiency inEnglish– both written & spoken Strongunderstandingofsupply chainprocesses & project-based procurement Ability to monitor & managesupplier performance , includingsubcontractors Problem - solvingmindset with a proactive approach to identifying & resolving delivery issuesField of the project:engineering ,construction ,energy&infrastructuretogetherLocation:on - siteinSesto San Giovanni(Milan)Freelancersare highly welcomed tooCandidates ofany gender identity , after reviewing the mandatory privacy notice available at are kindly requested to submit their CV inPDFformat, quoting the reference number (Ref. ).
