Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for motivated, curious and tech-passionate people with a good experience with ServiceNow, in particular a great knowledge of its components and modules. You’ll work across all ServiceNow modules in the RUN team for an important customer. You’ll need to provide development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization. You’ll develop with Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer and Background Scripts to expand ServiceNow usage for the clients. You’ll work on Data Source and build scripts for Transform Map to import the asset/CI data into ServiceNow using import sets. You’ll use Service Catalog items and complex workflows to automate users’ daily business processes. Building tables, customizing and designing forms, fields as per the customer needs. Collecting customer requirements, writing technical documents and designing solutions. Active listening skills, respecting others’ point of view and taking ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity and proven team player and team builder. We expect curious, open minded, ready to explore new technological paths, young professional, willing to be challenged facing the up‑to‑date platforms and the frameworks most required in IBM clients’ projects. Availability to travel is an additional mandatory prerequisite. Preferred EducationTechnical Diploma Required Technical And Professional ExpertiseBachelor, University or Master Degree into STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics) Minimal B1 knowledge of English language 3+ years experience with ServiceNow as application developer SkillsServiceNow Module (ITSM or SPM or HR) HTML / HTML 5 CSS / CSS3 JavaScript JSON XML Ajax AngularJS Bootstrap JQuery Jelly Web Services (REST, SOAP) WSDL Microservices ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceGood JavaScript skills and knowledge of relational databases. Good knowledge of Now Platform and web services (REST/SOAP). Good knowledge of other ServiceNow modules. Other ServiceNow Certifications.
