Notre client est un fabricant mondial d’équipements industriels, spécialisé dans les machines de traitement des matériaux et les plateformes élévatrices mobiles. Pour eux, nous recherchons un(e) RESPONSABLE RÉGIONAL DES VENTES DE LA FRANCE ET L’AFRIQUE. L'objectif principal de ce poste est de soutenir fortement la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie de distribution réussie à l’échelle mondiale, et d’apporter une contribution importante dans la feuille de route des nouveaux produits. Principales Responsabilités Identifier de nouvelles opportunités clés de marché et de distribution Soutenir stratégiquement les nouvelles possibilités de distribution, établir des partenariats professionnels et assurer tous les aspects de la gestion de la distribution Savoir fixer des objectifs ambitieux de redressement et mettre en œuvre des plans pour corriger les zones à faible performance Développer et entretenir d’excellentes relations avec les clients et le réseau de distributeurs Créer et mettre en œuvre des actions à court et long terme afin d’augmenter les volumes et les marges par une gestion efficace des distributeurs Élaborer des plans d’affaires pour chaque distributeur et s’assurer d’un retour régulier sur l’avancement par rapport aux objectifs Superviser les objectifs et prévisions de vente des distributeurs Surveiller les activités et les tarifs de tous les concurrents Soutenir une prévision S&OP efficace Voyager fréquemment et régulièrement pour rencontrer les partenaires de distribution et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales Compétences Et Expérience Requises Environ 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Responsable Export Expérience dans les équipements mobiles lourds appréciée Capacité avérée à comprendre les besoins du marché et les environnements concurrentiels Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration Maîtrise du français obligatoire et excellent niveau d’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral Disponibilité à voyager fréquemment à l’international (environ 70 %) Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
