Overview The Supplier Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for activities related to Suppliers promise integrity (purchase, orders, fulfillment). This role delivers from a delivery point of view, performing supplier risk mitigation and supporting the Supplier Assessment team in improvement plans execution in case of issues. The goal is to guarantee on-time delivery for critical parts impacting plant performance, monitor KPIs, drive improvements through action plans, avoid customer impact, reduce delinquency levels, and minimize inventory in collaboration with MRP planners. The role requires visits to supplier facilities to verify on-site the status of work in progress and the implementation of corrective actions. You will directly report to the Procurement team in Sourcing Organization and will be co-located in the relevant Commodity. In escalation, you will refer to the Procurement leader. In case of issues you will collaborate and coordinate action plans for improvement with both suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Supplier Quality Engineer, Engineering team, Plants, and Finance to enable resolution. The Supplier Fulfillment Specialist owns the delivery recovery plans and the Supplier's delivery KPI. For parts in the NPI (New Product Introduction) process, you will take over the delivery recovery plans responsibility after the FAI is approved. Essential responsibilities Ensure timely deliveries on contract requirements for Critical Parts only - Short term view including equation requests Knowledge of planning and MRP system Resolve delivery issues Recovery plans creation and Management Enable communication with Quality, Engineering, Plants, Finance and Commodity to resolve delivery Issues Strategize to expedite deliveries KPI communication, analysis, reconciliation with supplier and improvement recovery actions On site visit suppliers when necessary End-User flow/ data management Order book review Payment issue Input material control and Inventory management support Qualifications / Requirements Scientific Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
