Overview Environment, Health and Safety Manager Pacific International Executive Search•Varese (VA), ITALY About This Opportunity: This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial plant. He/She will be a member of the plant leadership team, acting as a key partner to the Plant Leader and the Regional EHS organization. Responsibilities Lead EHS excellence across a complex industrial plant as a member of the plant leadership team Partner with the Plant Leader and Regional EHS organization to drive safety culture and improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree in EHS, industrial hygiene, engineering, or science 4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong experience with ISO systems and regulatory compliance Demonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety culture Proven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan execution Experience in multinational environments is an advantage Preferred Experience At least 2-3 years' experience in EHS leader role Experience in implementing training programs and SIF programs.
