You evolve services that integrate deeply with multiple systems across the companyYou take full ownership of backend projects - from design to deployment, including CI / CD, observability and long-term maintainabilityYou design and implement high-quality system architectures that can scale, handle complex business logic and remain reliable under changeYou continuously improve system performance and reliability by identifying bottlenecks, refactoring legacy component. In addition you introduce automation where neededYou collaborate closely with other senior engineers and stakeholders to define technical strategy, ensure alignment to raise the engineering bar across teamsIt's a plus if you've worked with AI technologies and know how to integrate them efficiently into production platformsMain requirements5+ years of experience as a freelancer or full-time employeeYou were at least once responsible for a medium / large scale backend applicationYou bring a software engineering background and an entrepreneurial mindsetYou love patterns and complex challenges, you know how to evaluate solutions and how to choose the right one based on experience and clever decision-makingYou are hands-on, reliable and innovative in implementing those solutionsYou can work on your own but you love to share your knowledge and work with the team#J-18808-Ljbffr
