**GENERAL PURPOSE**
**The Assistant Store Manager supports the implementation of the Store Manager's strategy. He/she is hands on, ensuring that the daily tasks are done and overseeing all the expertise available in store. This position is responsible together with the Store Manager for achieving overall targets.**
He/she ensures that the store:
- Achieves its daily and weekly sales goals.
- Checks the brand standards are properly followed.
- Delivers operational excellence through effectively leading a high performing team.
- Provides the highest level of customer experience and delivers the brand vision, supporting and mentoring the Sales Associates in regard to their development Programs.
- He/she is the Training Ambassador making sure all the team is trained.

Hai esperienza nel servizio clienti e hai l'ambizione di offrire la migliore esperienza di vendita_

Hai un elevato livello di conoscenza dei social media e delle tendenze digitali_
- _
Hai la capacità di analizzare le tendenze del business e i report per guidare le vendite_
- _
Sei appassionato del settore sportivo_

Hai un buon livello di inglese_
- _
Hai una buona padronanza di MS Office_

- Minimum of 18-month relevant experience as a team manager in customer service sector.
- An experience leading a Retail store team is a plus especially if it was for a Sport/outdoor brand.

- Proven experience building strong customer loyalty.
- Has an excellent understanding of the local retail environment.
- Active in their community.
