What you will do As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating Movopack’s growth across Europe. You will work closely with the CMO and cross‑functional teams to drive high‑impact initiatives throughout the marketing funnel. You will: Manage and optimize our digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. Oversee lead generation operations and HubSpot workflows, ensuring smooth activation for the Sales team. Support the development and optimization of our website Create reports, dashboards, and insights to guide strategic decisions and measure campaign performance. Lead event follow‑up and support ROI analysis for major fairs and industry shows. Help craft compelling stories and partner with top‑tier brands on high‑impact collaborations. Strengthen Movopack’s social media presence and expand visibility across European media platforms. Work closely with the CMO to ensure continuity across all marketing activities and contribute to building a strong, high‑performing team. Requirements 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing. Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads. Strong command of HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools. Analytical mindset with a track record of optimizing multi‑channel campaigns.
