Role: Front of House Manager

We are looking for an experienced and polished Front of House Manager to join our luxury hospitality team.
You will lead the front-of-house operation, inspire and develop the team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional, personalised service.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and service standards
- Oversee daily operations, reservations and guest flow
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
- Support training, development and team performance
We’re looking for:
- Previous xysqume luxury or premium hospitality experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A warm, confident and professional manner
- Passion for delivering exceptional service
