Per una catena italiana di ristoranti fast-casual, specializzata nella cucina tradizionale italiana e caratterizzata da un format moderno e di alta qualità, siamo alla ricerca di un/unaCorporate ChefCon oltre 60 ristoranti e in continua espansione, l'azienda sta sviluppando un ambizioso piano di crescita su scala nazionale e internazionale, supportata da un'importante partnership finanziaria.La figura del Corporate Chef, a riporto del Direttore Operations, riveste un ruolo strategico per guidare l’evoluzione del format, con responsabilità trasversali che includono R&D culinario, industrializzazione delle ricette e implementazione operativa.Ideare e sviluppare nuovi piatti e menu in linea con il concept “fast casual” e l’identità del brand.Standardizzare le procedure di produzione per garantire qualità, velocità e coerenza tra i vari ristoranti.Monitorare e ottimizzare continuamente menu, food cost e processi operativi.Controllo qualità e coerenza:Collaborare con il team qualità per garantire il rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie, HACCP e sicurezza alimentare.Gestione dei costi e food costMonitorare e analizzare il food cost dei piatti, proponendo azioni correttive quando necessario.Collaborare con il team acquisti per gestire i fornitori, negoziare con i produttori e selezionare materie prime strategiche, bilanciando qualità e margini.Integrare principi di sostenibilità nei menu e nelle operazioni culinarie (ingredienti locali, packaging, gestione degli sprechi).Collaborare con marketing e R&S per il lancio di nuovi prodotti (es. edizioni limitate, piatti stagionali).Esperienza preferenziale di almeno 8-10 anni nel settore del catering o della ristorazione organizzata , con competenze in R&D culinario e industrializzazione.Capacità di lavorare con funzioni trasversali (Operations, Procurement, Qualità).Benefit: auto aziendale.Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
