This senior, cross‑functional role bridges technical strategy, software integration, and client collaboration.The Solution Architect will work closely with client stakeholders—typically across operations, IT, and business process teams (e.g., call centers and customer support organizations)—to understand existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and define localized AI agents capable of augmenting or replacing manual processes.You will be responsible for mapping out system interactions, identifying integration points with client systems, and producing comprehensive solution designs that guide downstream implementation teams.
