Graduate Program Italy – Marketing (Insights Specialist) Do you want to kick-start your career in Marketing and turn data into insights that drive strategic decisions? Join our Graduate Program with a landing role as an Insights Specialist and gain hands‑on experience in data analytics and marketing performance within a dynamic international environment. You’ll rotate across departments, collaborate with experienced professionals, and use analytical tools to translate data into actionable business insights. What You Can Expect Training & Development: gain skills in Project Management and Communication after six months, and benefit from continuous learning through our Digital PayTech University. Career Path: start with a permanent contract from day one, experience two rotations across departments during the 12‑month program, and transition into a landing role in your final department. Analytical Exposure: work hands‑on with data analysis, market research and reporting, using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, SQL or R and data visualisation platforms. Develop the analytical mindset and technical skills needed to support data‑driven marketing strategies. Who We’re Looking For You have graduated within the past 12 months or are expected to graduate by June 2026 with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related analytical field, and are available to work full‑time. You’re fluent in English and Italian. You’re comfortable working with data, analytics and performance metrics to generate actionable insights. You enjoy learning new tools, collaborating across teams, and applying analytical thinking to marketing challenges. You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., visa, residency).
