Basic Qualifications 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degree 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Experience in the entertainment industry Los Angeles County applicants Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market.
