For over 55 years the company has been providing the world’s best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, innovation and style.The company, thanks to outstanding and constantly innovative products, is in a powerful growth phase in the global market, reflecting the strengthening of the staff in order to join our great successful team.Now we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist - Auto Products to join our Sales Development Department with a strong problem solving mindset in the customer's management.The resource will be in charge of the operational management of the customers on a daily basis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete management (enter, update, cancellation, look up, return, exchange) of any orders supporting customers in any step of the journey;Provide precise and accurate information regarding products and collections with the final aim of converting calls/e-mails/chats into final sales;Supporting the organization of sales meeting to guarantee the achievement of sales’ target with assistance during the product presentation;Reporting & Analysis.Qualifications and requirementsUniversity degree in Communication, Foreign Languages or related field;Previous experience in a similar role of 5 years;Good MS Office Knowledge;Excellent knowledge of English;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;Interest for the motorsports industry complete the profile.This position is available in Caerano San Marco (TV).#J-18808-Ljbffr
