Are you ready to shape the future of our product and make a real impact?Head of Engineering & ITto be based in Italy .This role also requires both strategic vision and strong execution skills, combining technological leadership, the management of multidisciplinary teams, and a strong focus on innovation.Dual MissionSupport the Italian organization in the evolution and management of IT matters, ensuring alignment with international strategies and standards.Coordinate and develop R&D operations, translating into concrete solutions the designs and specifications defined by the Product function.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the implementation, development, reliability, and security of information systems in line with the Group’s strategic objectives.Lead a team of internal and external IT/R&D professionals.Be responsible for the maintenance (both corrective and evolutionary) of existing applications, as well as for the development of new ones, based on the guidelines provided by the Product function.Ensure and monitor the proper development of technological innovation strategies and projects, in line with the company’s overall objectives, collaborating with function heads to identify necessary developments.Guarantee the effective execution of projects aimed at improving procedures and processes under the responsibility of the function, both in terms of development methodologies and compliance with security requirements.Manage activities related to the budget defined with the Group for the development and application of new technologies.Manage and develop local IT infrastructure in cooperation with Group IT.Align way of working and processes with Group.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).8+ years similar previous experience.Experience collaborating with multiple functions (Sales, BD, Marketing, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge of Salesforce.Fluent in Italian and English.The position will be filled as soon as we find a suitable candidate, so please apply ASAP For more information please contact our Talent Acquisition team on #J-18808-Ljbffr
