Project Developer

Wood is recruiting for a Project Developer to join its Energy Assets & Technology team focusing on solar, wind and storage projects.The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.The Role The Project Developer will support the Project Development team across the full development lifecycle of utility‑scale, grid‑connected solar and wind projects, as well as innovative technology solutions such as battery storage and green hydrogen. Responsibilities include prospecting greenfield sites through to construction‑ready status, engaging with external stakeholders (landowners, government bodies, Transmission System Operator, engineering designers) and internal teams (planning, legal, finance and administration).Our Clients and Projects Wood has more than 25 years of experience in the development, construction and operation of power plants and waste‑to‑energy plants.
