Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading ride-sharing platform' with an option to work in beautiful Greece. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about innovative transportation solutions and providing exceptional customer support. As a representative' you will assist customers in navigating their ride-sharing experiences while communicating effectively in Italian. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries regarding ride-sharing services' app functionality' and related queries via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide guidance on ride bookings' payment processing' and cancellation policies. - Assist customers in resolving any service-related issues or complaints efficiently. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. - Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and support business objectives. - Stay informed about company updates and local regulations impacting ride-sharing services in Greece. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, proficiency in English is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' preferably in the ride-sharing or transportation industry. - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. - Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic' fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends' based on operational needs.
