LAVA—Laboratory for Visionary Architecture is a global network that questions, explores, and innovates through architecture. With studios in Berlin, Ho Chi Minh City, Stuttgart, and Sydney , LAVA fosters diversity, collaboration, and well-being—co-creating future worlds with imaginative minds focused on thoughtful futurism.For our upcoming Expo 2030 project , a Parma-based design team is expanding. We are seeking a mid-level Architect who will work under the leadership of LAVA Co-founder Chris Bosse in Sydney and in close collaboration with our global studios.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine architectural designs from concept through to detailed documentation.Create 3D models, parametric systems, and visual presentations using Rhino , Grasshopper , and Revit .Coordinate with consultants, clients, and international project teams to ensure design integrity and quality.Support project management tasks, including timelines, deliverables, and technical coordination.Integrate sustainable design principles and materials into project solutions.Contribute to design discussions and reviews within LAVA’s global and European studio network.QualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).3–5 years of professional experience .Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Rhino , Grasshopper , and Revit .Knowledge of sustainable design principles and construction processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with fluency in English (additional languages is a plus.)Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with experience managing multiple project tasks.Genuine interest in LAVA’s vision of innovative, human-centered, and sustainable futures.What We OfferAn inspiring, international, and multidisciplinary studio culture.The opportunity to collaborate directly across the global LAVA network on diverse, future-oriented projects.A workplace that values experimentation, learning, and design excellence.Flexible working environment that supports creativity and professional growth.If you think big, articulate ideas clearly and inspiringly, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to applyApply nowDesired start date: As soon as possibleLocation: Parma, ItalyThis position is open to all, regardless of gender, age, or nationality.Please submit your application digitally (max 20 MB) to Riccardo Allegri ( ) and via our dedicated server: without a portfolio will not be considered.We look forward to hearing from you#J-18808-Ljbffr
