Overview Job Title: Utility Bill Senior Manager. Location: Napoli. Role overview: Primary skill - Customer Service Delivery - P5. Designation: Utility Bill Senior Manager.Responsibilities Identify and assess complex problems for areas of responsibility; create solutions requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.Involve in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for areas of responsibility.Interact with senior management levels at a client or within Accenture, including negotiating or influencing on significant matters.Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments; decisions have lasting impact on the area of responsibility and can affect other areas.Manage large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture (or be an individual contributor).May require working in rotational shifts.Location: Napoli.Qualifications Skill Required: Backoffice Customer Service Delivery P5.Higher Degree.YOE: 16 to 25 years.Language: Italian C2.What you will do: aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help in managing/resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, providing best resolutions; close faults and complaints within SLAs; strong email and chat typing skills preferred.Process focus: providing products, services, and support to customers in a way that meets or exceeds expectations across all customer touchpoints.#J-18808-Ljbffr
