Today, more than 140,000 companies — from lean SMBs to global enterprises — rely on us to run their most essential operations every day.The RoleWe’re looking for an ambitious, highly motivatedOff-Cycle Investment Analystto join our Corporate Development team in Milan for a full-time, 6-month internship (January 2026 – June 2026).You’ll join a dynamic team of eight investment professionals and gain hands-on exposure to live technology acquisitions across Europe and North America.The internship will be activated through your university or as a recent graduate (within 12 months) , in compliance with Italian regulations. Exceptional performance may lead to afull-time offer. The internship follows a hybrid model, based at our Milan office (Via Cernaia).What You’ll Do• Gain hands-on experience evaluating and executing technology acquisitions across global markets • Support commercial, product, and financial due diligence processes • Build and update financial models and company profiles • Assist in preparing investment memos and materials for internal committees • Collaborate with Finance, Product, Legal, and Value Creation teams • Work closely with senior team members on live transactionsWhat We’re Looking For• First-class academic grades (or equivalent) • At least one prior internship in finance — ideally investment banking, strategy consulting, or buy-side investing • MBA graduates are also encouraged to apply • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines • Fluent in English; Italian or another European language is a plusWhat You’ll Get• Direct exposure to global M&A transactions from day one • Practical experience in financial and commercial due diligence • A front-row seat inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing software groups, backed by tier-one investors • A chance to work alongside experienced dealmakers in a fast-paced, international environmentReady to take the next step?
