He/she leads different projects/initiatives and ensure organization change management as a part of IWS implementation plan. IWS Manager also ensures all team members uphold IWS standards throughout each tool/process development and execution.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeIWS pillars preparation for phase assessment, by supporting implementation of main IWS toolsClose cooperation with all pillar leaders and IWS teams in preparation for the phase 1 assessment, also building link between the pillars for phase assessment storylineCreating visual/communication package for factory IWS phase assessmentPreparation of Factory virtual visit/ factory introOrganizing documentation needed for phase assessment auditors on-line (PDCAs, videos, HC, access to databases)Implementation of IWS standards in the factoryLeading IWS standards improvement projects for assigned tools/processesCapability building for selected IWS tools in the factory (for example UPS, WPI, AM step4 and others)Supporting SDDS process (LA, OPM, give/gets sessions, masterplan creation) & visuals/communication around itLeading IWS paperless initiatives, mainly for production departments & IWS processes (for example DDS process improvement & digitalisation)Benchmarking with other factories on performance & IWS tools maturityWhat are we looking for?University Degree or similar level gained through experience (guided by local practices)Experience in manufacturing (preferably production) 3-4 yearsExperience in managing projectsExperience in IWS methodology (qualification from IWS pillars)Strong communication skills (verbal, written, adjusting to different audiences and levels – shopfloor, local and regional leadership)Good influencing and stakeholder’s management skillsDigital fluency in existing company systems (their purposes, interactions/ interfaces, data flow, etc)Ability to quickly grasp new situations, technologies, and trendsWhat we offer you?We offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentivesYour journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
