Offer DescriptionThe research activity planned within the project will include the development of microfluidic methodologies for producing lipid nanoparticles containing nucleic acids and characterized by internal phase separation, intended for gene delivery applications. The project will also include substantial colloidal and structural characterization of the resulting formulations in biologically relevant aqueous media, using techniques such as dynamic light scattering and small-angle X-ray and neutron scattering
