You will help develop and implement our local medical strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader business objectives. Your insights will shape our approach to addressing unmet medical needs, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We are proud of our hybrid approach which empowers you to have flexibility on whether to work from home or in the office.Key Activities for This RoleCollaborate cross‑functionally to support the generation and communication of scientific and medical insights.Ensure excellence in executing governance processes and managing budgets.Oversee insight‑generation activities, ensuring actionable findings are integrated into strategic planning.Build and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders and experts in your therapeutic area.Provide medical and scientific support across departments to strengthen collaborative efforts.Essential Knowledge & ExperienceProven experience in medical affairs or a related roleStrong scientific, analytical, and problem‑solving abilitiesExcellent communication, writing, and presentation skillsFluency in spoken and written business EnglishDemonstrated ability to drive and manage change effectivelyPreferred ExperienceExperience in product launches and lifecycle managementFamiliarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirementsProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesEducation / QualificationsDegree in a relevant field or equivalent.Additional InformationThis is a permanent, full‑time position.This is located in our Milan, Italy.This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum of 2‑3 days per week in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
