Italian Speaking Customer Service for Tech Company in Greece Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Tech Company based in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. As part of our team, you will assist Italian‑speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries regarding tech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian Provide information on product specifications, features, and support options Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide step‑by‑step guidance Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective resolution of complex issues Stay informed about the latest tech developments and product releases to assist customers accurately Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the tech industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary Benefits Competitive Monthly Salary 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Fully Paid Relocation Package Fully Paid Training Health Insurance And Much More.. #J-18808-Ljbffr
