Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer / instructor to deliver a training program in Data Analytics and Visualization in Rome Italy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics business intelligence and visualization tools with the ability to engage participants through practical hands‑on sessions and real‑world case studies. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Data Analytics and Visualization following the approved Holistique Training course structure and objectives. Cover topics including data sampling baseline statistics benchmarking comparative analysis forecasting and data presentation using tools like Power BI, Excel and Python. Develop or adapt course materials presentations and exercises aligned with international best practices and CPD‑accredited standards. Guide participants in applying statistical and analytical models to solve real business problems and support continuous improvement. Facilitate group discussions, problem‑solving activities and practical exercises to reinforce key concepts. Assess participant performance, provide constructive feedback and ensure the learning objectives are achieved. Collaborate with the training coordination team to tailor content to participants backgrounds and organizational contexts. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging data analytics and visualization trends and tools. Requirements Proven experience as a trainer, instructor or consultant in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science. Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, Excel (including Pivot tables, macros and advanced formulas) and statistical analysis tools. Solid understanding of data modeling, benchmarking, forecasting and visualization principles. Relevant academic qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline. Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to create an interactive, practical and results‑oriented learning environment. Based in Rome, Italy, or available to travel for the duration of the training. Multilingual ability (English and Italian) is preferred.
