You will be joining the PAYBACK Marketing Team, and you will be supporting the execution of the Communication mission with the goal of improving awareness, consideration, appreciation and activation of the PAYBACK services and features. How will you make an impact in this role? You will develop and deliver creative contents for all digital communication channels (website, App, SMS, Push Notification etc.) with a special focus on Newsletters one, supervising, reviewing, editing and proofreading contents. This position represents a valuable development opportunity for colleagues who would like to build or strengthen their skills in digital communication, content creation and multichannel campaign management. You will supervise, evaluate and report on the performance of communication activities across all touch-points; make recommendations based on discovered findings / opportunities and build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional business units, including CRM, Legal, Compliance and Operations Teams. As part of the job, you will be also managing the budget, ensuring cost control Minimum Qualifications Previous experience in similar roles in digital marketing is valued Outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English A passion for communications, telling stories, and engaging audiences, especially in a digital environment Familiar with creative software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint Good project management skills, being able to prioritize multiple activities with tight timelines Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and take initiative Creative thinking, flexibility and the ability to lead, drive, and measure change Role is based in Italy Preferred Qualifications Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
